ABC Wednesday - B is for Bottle

B is for Bottle............

car antenna sticking out through the snow

This little bottle stands about 5 inches high.

It is made of frosted blue glass and is in the shape of a pineapple.

It usually stands in one of my windows - the light from it makes it glow a most beautiful blue.

It must have been used to hold perfume at one time - I can't think of what else might go in it.

What do you think it was used for?

This is the sixth round of ABC Wednesday. If you would like to join in please visit this site for the details.

  1. It's a beautiful shade of blue, and it must dazzle the eyes when the sunlight streams through it.

  2. I like that little bottle and from the look of the stopper top it is more than likely a perfume bottle. It could even be an older Avon bottle.

  8. It must be a perfume bottle - how lovely it is! I can imagine what it must look like with a sunbeam!

  9. I think we all agree about the perfume, but I really like the idea of Maurica's - a mystical love potion. I will think of it as that from now on - it's perfect! LOL!!!
