ABC Wednesday - A is for Antenna

A is for Antenna............

car antenna sticking out through the snow

So we begin again with another round of ABC Wednesday. This has been a great meme that has been a lot of fun for over three years now.

We have a wonderful team that keeps it all going for us, and we owe them a big THANKS for their dedication. If you are interested in joining, you can find the link at the bottom of this post.

On to today's post - A is for antenna - a car antenna that is.

Looking closely at the photo, you can see the shadow of the almost buried antenna in the snow.

There are several cars lined up beside each other, and you can see that the snow doesn't go down along the side of the car, it is even with the one next to it.

That is a stupid amount of snow - and it is quite heavy to boot.

Now, if Mother Nature would give us a few days above freezing, it would at least shrink it down a bit.

Oh well, spring will arrive in about 8 1/2 weeks - and I can't wait!

This is the sixth round of ABC Wednesday. If you would like to join in please visit this site for the details.

  1. We are lucky with our half metre :-) - and our garage.

  2. Thats a lot of snow to be covering the cars like that. Your photo is pretty artsy. I really like the composition.

  3. LOL A stupid amount of snow, to be sure. Excellent photo! Glad you found Ashleigh Brilliant to be of interest!

  4. Where is the antenna? On the roof? If so, that's a dreadful amount of snow indeed.

As newly part of the ABC Wednesday team, I want ton thank you for participating!

  5. Wow, that is a ridiculous amount of snow! Amazing!!

Love the photo though, and it's perfect for today. On behalf of the ABC Wednesday team, thanks for taking part this week! :)

  6. Kathy, I was looking for big honking antenna, lol, when I saw the title of your post, lol. Still long time to spring, but me too I am waiting patiently. Anna :)

  7. If the UK had that amount of snow there would be a national emergency - we could hardly cope with 2 feet this past month. Great pic.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment - it is appreciated! I will do my best to return it with a visit to your blog. Take care, and enjoy!
