E is for Egg............
A decorated golden egg, that is.
This egg is part of a tie-back for a curtain. Would you have guessed that?
One end has the hanger, and the other end has a golden yellow tassel hanging from it.
This little bauble was on the clearance rack after the holidays, and for a couple of bucks, I couldn't resist.
It can only be used as a photo prop though.
With just one, the curtains would look awfully silly with only one side tied back - not to mention, it just doesn't fit the decor.
As a stock image, it has more than paid for itself, so that justifies keeping it around in case it is needed for another shoot.
This is the sixth round of ABC Wednesday. If you would like to join in please visit this site for the details.
I didn't realize it was an egg when I first looked at the picture! :P (I only read the title after..:D) I thought it was a jewellery of some sort. What a nice, glitzy, intricately-designed egg. :)
ReplyDeleteA wonderful, clear shot--great idea to use for stock, Kathy!
ReplyDeleteGreat find. I can think of several thing to make with this egg.
ReplyDeleteLet all of us know what you end up doing with it.
