Z is for Z-Car .......
The hood ornament of a 1986 Nissan 300ZX.
This little Z-car is a classic and such a joy to drive.
Her beautiful styling and curves are unlike the new Z-cars of today.
She handles superbly, and there is nothing like having the T-tops off on a gorgeous summer day.
Shivering beneath the two feet of snow surrounding her, I am sure she is dreaming of warm summer days.
I know I am!
Stumble It!

That's an old car. 1986. My daughter was born in 1987 so I KNOW how old that car is.
ReplyDeleteBonnie - she's old - like me - perhaps that's why I love her so!
ReplyDeleteI envy you the car and the possibility of driving with the roof down!
ReplyDeleteGood choice
Thanks, Runee!
ReplyDeleteWe often see open top sports cars when we are out on the motorbike...but only briefly cos we overtake em! LOL! Great picture.

ReplyDeleteI love those curves, especially those 50's to 60's cars.
ReplyDeleteYES!! I can see the pics now.
ReplyDeleteI love the older cars.....great pic! :)
Back in 1977 I had a metalic orange Datsun 280Z, the predecessor of the Nissan 300 series. I loved that car, but never really learned to judge the distance I needed to park because of the long front end. It was always a major struggle for me! I kept it until 1980, when I traded it in for a staid Buick Regal!

300ZX if my favorite car, and whenever I see them they are still looking stylish. Thanks for sharing Kathy. Anna :)
ReplyDeleteI just found this post while looking for a picture of a Nissan 300zx badge. I like what you wrote. I own an '85 300zx turbo. We appreciate your words. :] And she LOVES the snow!
