Silver Anniversary

We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary tomorrow. I don't have any wedding or anniversary images in my portfolio yet, so I will use a photo of where we will be spending our day.

We will be going back to the spot that we met, and will then spend the rest of the day enjoying the ocean - our favorite place.

The weatherman is predicting rain - as it was on our wedding day - so rain jackets and umbrellas will be on hand.

We will have to leave the convertible top up on the car, but the windows will be down - I'm not missing that salty tang of the ocean air for nothing.

There have been ups and downs over the years, but I would do it all over again to end up where we are now. Happy Anniversary to my dear Husband!

    Kathy, happy anniversary, wow 25 years, and what a nice place to be, wow you are lucky the meet love of your life in place like that. Not taking attention from your anniversary, my is coming on 10 years next year, but I don't think we will be coming back where we met, it was old engineering room, nothing but full of run down desks and dust, not quite romantic, lol. Anna :)

    We are a few years behind and we would have to go to Germany to the picnic bench where we first met.

    Wow, 25 years. Congrats. I'm nearing 19 now and it's not often you hear of such wonderful stories such as yours! Hope it's as wonderful as the first day together.

    I thank you all for your well wishes!

    I apologize for the delayed response - we were exhausted when we got back last night.

    Mother Nature smiled on us and gave us a gorgeous sunny day which was just perfect!

    The best part was coming home and having our son greet us before we even turned off the car. He would never admit it - but I think he missed us - 15 year olds aren't known for being too happy to see their parents.

    A perfect day all the way around!
