Watering the Driving Range
We stopped one hot afternoon at the driving range to drive a bucket of golf balls.
There were sprinklers on the far end of the range watering the green.
You can't see them in the photo, but there were many birds taking advantage of the cool falling water.
They were having a grand time flying through the spray and flitting around under them.
With all the golf balls flying around that place, I was amazed that none of them were hit by a stray ball.
