Green Thumb Sunday - Snow Covered Pines

Snow Covered Pines for Green Thumb Sunday

How to join Green Thumb Sunday

This is how my Balsam Fir Pine trees looked yesterday morning after 10 inches of snow fell the night before.

We are getting a major snowstorm tomorrow, so I fear the poor things will be completely drooped after we get the predicted 12 inches.

One of these was going to be our Christmas tree this year but it looks as if we will have to come up with another idea.

  10. I love the look of snow... just not the cold that goes with it!! We very rarely get that much though!
I love how the trees stand out against the white of both the snow and the sky!

I love your photos. And I guess we gotta love the snow, if for nothing else than the great photos we get because of it!

  25. Looks like you finally found the freezing evidence to disprove Global Warming!

16-inches of snow here and another deep arctic freeze of 10 degrees and a wind chill of Zero degrees....

Thankfully, the Pellet stove is working over-time!
